Eczema in my crotch. How to make it go away completely?

I've been having this problem where my crotch region itches for almost 2 years. I've been to doctors and they said it was eczema (I'm not 100% sure since English isn't the native language in my country). Here are some of the stuff they gave me:
- Mometasone furoate (topically)
- Tacrolimus (topically)
- Fexofenadine (pills)
- Cefpodoxime (pills)
- Thymomodulin (pills)

When I first had it the treatment worked pretty well. However, it never really goes away and keeps on persisting until today. During that time I went back to the doctors several times for a recheck, but they just gave me pretty much the same thing and always said: "This time it will heal completely". Although it does feel like it gets better gradually, the progress is very slow and has stretched on until now. I'm almost losing hope.

The current situation is like this. I often itch when I don't move around much and when I sit too rigidly. For example I would always itch when I go to the cinema. The way I deal with this is to move around from time to time or change sitting position. I feel like my groin needs air ventilation or it would start misbehaving.

If I'm careful during the day, I could go through the whole day without an itch. Indeed I rarely itch during the day. But I do almost every night. I think it's because body chemical changes at night and I stay still the whole time.

The itch is mild. Most of the times it lasts for only several seconds and would go away by itself. I never scratch my itch. The only thing I do is touch to see if it's there. Sometimes I could feel an itch incoming and change my posture to avoid it. Also I notice that sweating doesn't affect too much, and masturbation heats up the region and make it more likely to itch. By the way it's often hot and humid where I live.

Things I do that I think would help: wearing loose pants, taking a bath everyday, keeping the humidity high, never putting soap down there,... I've been using the topical creams prescribed by the doctors continually during those 2 years. As for diet, I eat lots of vegetables, junk food only occasionally. I don't drink or smoke. I exercise.

It's really annoying and it's affecting my life a lot. I just want this to be over soon. Any help would be much appreciated.
