Exzema or Fungus?
I was diagnosed with exzema on my penis about 2 years ago after a full STD check. Everything came back negative for any std's. My concern is, the area has not gotten any better. Infact, it has seemed to have gotten worse. It has grown in size and at one time was raw and very irratated. Trips to the ocean seam to cure it dramatically. I used to frequently masturbate without lotion and I think this is what brought it on, along with using tanning beds just as much. Now all that is left, is dry almost new skin left in long old torn spots that were previously raw. This is sometimes flaky and scaley. I have used lotrimin, psoriasis treatmean (3%salicylic acid), coconut oil and many lotions. The lotrimin & psoriasis burn and the coconut oil seemed to restore some tone to the skin. Other than than, the marks still remain just between the shaft and merge onto the head of the penis. I need help, this is getting old and nerving. Im not even sure if this is a fungus from having sex with my gf who tends to have yeast infections.

It looks like eczema penis or chafed skin. For eczema skin, do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.
For mild-moderate symptoms a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone as dermacort), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide).But they are available under prescription and should be taken only after consulting a dermatologist. Symptoms can be exacerbated by dryness of the skin. Use good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin.
If the symptoms persist then please get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

after the use of coconut oils, the skin is more soothed by the grooves where the skin seems to split on the head are still there. the skin feels almost leathery to the touch
