Genital pain, scared I might have an STD

17 year old female. I've only had two sex partners (one was a virgin) and the other has had plenty of other partners. I have been having genital pain, not just when peeing it's all the time and I'm worried. I'm planning on going to a OBGYN to check this out if it's serious. I think I have vaginal tearing (there's a tiny tear towards the bottom but it's covered in white/yellow like it's healing in a mouth) and possibly herpes? I have flesh colored tiny bumps near the bottom of my labia. It could be razor burn or possibly friction bumps (there's two spots rubbed raw from a g string) and the pain started a week ago. When i woke up (wearing tight underwear) they were wet and after investigating a little it had came from the bumps (fluid was white). I'm really not sure what to think but I've been on Web MD all night scaring myself with what it could be. Thank you for your help
