Facial warts crisis

I have thousands of flat warts on my face!
I went to a dermatologist and froze some but they turned back!
I used over the counter remedies but they didn't work!
I'm using apple cider vinegar now, it's almost 1 month but it seems they're spreading more and more!
Please i really need some help, it's annoying because they're on my face!

SK (Seborrheic Keratosis) occuring in the later years are not exactly flat warts(Verruca plana).  while the therapy remains sort of similar (Cryo).
The difference is that the viral warts tend to disappear in time.
Best wishes.

Freezing is the only technique that has rid me of what dermatologist calls SKs...not sure what you call warts are same...but they sound exactly like what I get. Some are flesh colored...others brown...can pop up anywhere and seemingly overnight.

Do you have them on body as well?  I'd return to dermatologist until satisfied.  Much as I hate to....I will badger mine to remove the really ugly itchy things...I hate them.

Best...

Sorry to hear of your problem.
Here are some things you should know about your problem:
Sometimes it can take up to a year for flat warts to grow to a visible size, so you might not be aware you have them until sometime after the original infection.  This means that the "new ones" you are seeing have actually been there for quite some time.

Treatment is not always necessary as the warts will go away after a few months; a result of the body’s immune system fighting back.  When treatment is needed  the most common options are non-prescription drugs which cause the skin to be saturated with water.  Eventually the skin peels away taking the virus particles with it.  Moist patches are another option, and these are placed over the affected area for 48 hours at a time.  Success depends on the size of the wart and the depth of its growth.  Flat wart remedies may take up to three months to work.  If the problem persists and the warts are painful a doctor must be consulted.  They will have access to stronger chemicals such as salicylic acid, glycolic or retinoin to remove the top layers warts.  A doctor may even use cryotherapy, where the tissue is frozen with liquid nitrogen.  Other options include electro-surgery or pulsed laser beams which burn and kill the warts...then, they simply drop off over time.

You may want the doctor to test your iron levels...low iron levels have been linked to outbreaks of warts.

*A preliminary study has revealed that treatment with a poisonous chemical compound called Cantharadin may be beneficial to people with stubborn flat warts on their face.  All patients within the study were completely cured within 16 weeks and there were only mild adverse skin reactions to the topical solution.*...I would only consider this as a very last resort though...you never know how it could possibly affect you in the future.
