Glans red, with pin head bumps

Somebody please help me!!! Let me start off by sayin i am 19 i am sexually active and have performed in unprotected sex. For the past three months i would say i have had this redness on the glans, with also these little tiny bumps that are about the size of a pin head they look like little skin peices or something. i have been tested for everything except herpes and HPV. I went to the dermatologist and the doctors about it they both didnt really say nothing, the dermtologist gave me some hydrocortizone which i been using but seems to not be working. The reason i think they both made no big deal about it is because you can hardly see it when im soft just kinda red and wrinkled but when its erect its all red with the dots and theres like lines running down. So let me tell you some of my previous std encounters. I had molluscum for a while finally got the rest froze off at the dermatologist, i also had a pimple looking bump on my shaft before that i had popped and it went away ..it came back 2 more times, the last time it got like infected swelled up like crazy and was all red. I ended up popping it with a needle and drained it out there was like blood and pus i guess coming out of it. It started to go down when i had showed it to the dermatologist it he said it didnt look like nothing i also have fordyce spots that recently came up and now have alot of and he said the bumps are normal. So i guess im wondering could this be herpes or warts or what? i never had any pain with anything except for the first time i got the bump on my penis. Im sick of worrying about this i wish i could just find an answer only found 2 people with the same thing out of tons of research and no one has an answer. So PLEASE!!! help me out sorry it is so long just want you to know everything. OH and one more thing when i had the bump that swelled i seen the doctor before dermatologist, doctor didnt really know and gave me some valtrex i think which is for herpes, he said it didnt look like herpes but still gave it to me and kind of left me with nothing.
