HELP - itchy burning skin

I have for several years suffered with dry skin, I don't use any soap or shower jells as this drys my skin out, I use mosturiser all the time.Some nights I lay in bed and have problems getting to sleep as my skin feels like it is itching all over and then feels like it is burning.

I have between my bum cheeks a scaley patch which can get very sore and over the last year had on and off itching nipples sometimes they have red spots that can be sore, over the last few weeks they are itching all the time. I wear cotton briefs and bra. my ankles have now started to itch especially at night and they feel like they are burning it is driving me mad.

I have used on seperate occasions Oilatum, Vaseline, Aqueoues, Olive Oil and recently even antihestimene cream. Nothing seems to work.

Would be grateful for any advice

I take the following medication:

FLIXOTIDE 125 mg - Emphesema
VENTOLIN   100 mg - Emphesema
CO-DYDRAMOL  10/500mg - Migrane
GABAPENTINE 300mg - Nuropathecic Pain
RAMIPRIL 5mg - High Blood Pressure
LANSOPRAZOLE 30mg - Gastro reflux
PREMARINE 0.625mg - I have had a total hysterectomy

Thank you for your help will do what you say and see how it goes if all fails will  go to my doctor and arrange a vist to a dermatologist.

Ladies use a cotton wool soaked in vinegar. It may sting for a minute or two, but so works.I have a itchy breast and nipple nothing as brought me more relief quicker. It is also antifungal and will treat infections.
