Rash around pennies

Recently I felt that the area under my gentiles started to itch !!!
my skin color is black so I am seeing some white rashes around my pennies

I haven't had sex yet nor I haven't touched any girl with the intention of having sex or kissing ??
so
is it an allergy ??

I used a cream called lacto calamine once for another rash problem on my hand ? and shall I use the same ?

its because of sweating doctor prescribed me
1. clotrimazole anti fungal powder
2. candio cream

btw ur guess is correct it was a fungal problem

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be tinea cruris or fungal infection of the groin. You can apply calamine lotion and wear cotton underwear and change them twice a day.

Most cases respond to over-the-counter products, which contain any of several basic ingredients: miconazole, tolnaftate, terbinafine,ketaconazole and clotrimazole.You can consult a pharmacist and get any cream or lotion containing these ingredients. If the symptoms persist then oral antifungals may be needed for which I suggest you to consult a dermatologist.
