I'm having the same issues. I assumed the testicular pain was separate thing. At first seemed like a yeast infection but that went away and i was left with redness in just 1 area on the foreskin and the micro cuts.

I also have this problem, and slight pains in the groin area. It seems to be the same symptoms, and 4 different doctors have said it isn't an STD. I have had the symptoms now for 2 months, I have tried antibiotics and different topical creams, yet it persists. Any ideas?

Yes I dont think it is a male yeast infection because I tried all creams and they didnt work and I also took anti fungal medication and it didnt work as well ive been taking some antibiotics but my situation is still there my groin area is swore and I have little red pin sized spots around the head of my penis the doctors said that it is not an STD and I hope it isnt because I would not want to give this to my girlfriend but I would like to get to the bottom of this and figure out what is going on it feel like my testicals could be hurting as well but im not sure if it is my testicals or my groin and if thats the cause for this rash around my penis head im so counfused right now I have an appointment with dermo on the 20th but I just left an appointment with another dermo and they said that nothing is wrong with me so they dont even know whats going on because I didnt have this before I had unprotected sex one time and I got this problem so if you have any Idea about what I should do or if you think you can help me please write back thank you so much for your time take care.

Hi,
Yeast infections are caused by a fungus of the yeast family (Candida albicans). The causes of a penile yeast infection are:

Low immunity caused by  chronic stress, sexual transmission from a female with a vaginal yeast infection, antibiotics(they can kill beneficial bacteria that is found on the penis),
Men with diabetes can develop yeast infections because the elevated sugar in the urine creates a beneficial environment for yeast.

The most common symptoms of a penile yeast infection are irritation and soreness of the head of the penis, severe itching on the head of the penis, red dots/color of the head of the penis.

Treatment would be with application of anti-fungal creams like Monistat, which needs to be applied on the affected area twice a day for a week to ten days.
If it does not respond to this treatment, then you will have to be examined to rule out other causes like inflammations or bacterial infections.
