I need help and answers please

I been having this problem on my penis about it looks like if I have like acne bump around my penis also above were is my pubic hairs I got this red bumps that when I touch it hurts but I had pop one before that it looks like a pimple but I don't know what it is but I need help of what to do about it

Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like folliculitis only. However it is important to rule out any herpes if the bumps scab over. Most individuals have no or only minimal signs or symptoms from HSV-1 or HSV-2 infection. When signs do occur, they typically appear as one or more blisters on or around the genitals or rectum. The blisters break, leaving tender ulcers (sores) that may take two to four weeks to heal the first time they occur. Typically, another outbreak can appear weeks or months after the first, but it almost always is less severe and shorter than the first outbreak.

Hello yes I'll make sure that when I'll see my dermatologist I'll explain to him about it and about my face I don't know what to about because I been in this treatment for already for 5months and I still have acne but like white heads and red small ones what should I tell him or should I see another dermatologist what do you think ?I had a question what do you think about that treatment murad complex that comes out on tv?

Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like irritated and infected hair follicles. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. If the symptoms persist then please get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
