Impetigo in nose
Hi i had impetigo a few weeks ago at entrance to nose and underneath nose at the opening. The doctor gave me the antibiotic cream of muciprin and a bactran(i think i am spelling right) antibiotic oral for 10 days. I had the sores but the scabs have now fallen off but where the scab was inside my nose and right under my nose is red area. No more sores, no more swollen or anything but I am a hypochondriac so I keep looking at it and worrying. This has been there about 3 weeks now. When will the red marks ever go away? its red inside the entrance to the nose and right under the nose where the scabs fell off. Should i still be using the antibiotic cream on the red skin?
