Instant lip burning after contact

I kissed an unknown girl (not deep kissing, and just once) but almost instantly my lips started to burn. They burned for a solid month and on/off for the last 3 months (4 months in total). Visited 3 different GP's to no avail. Ran a complete STD panel (at 11 weeks post exposure) and am negative for everything. a month after burning sensation started (a month after exposure) I have enlarged lymph nodes (neck) , fatigue, low grade fever (99-100F), headaches and muscle pain which has continued for 3 months. DR's also ran lyme, mono, hep a/b/c and also two CBC's and one CBC with Differential. Blood tests look good and normal, no positive on any other test. Dr's tried doxyclave (anti-bio) and acyclovir to see if any results but there were none with either. The burning is still constant and only isolated to my lips. My eyes are also bloodshot every morning when I wake and are dry. I understand that this is probably not STD related, but is there any other possible answer or tests to look for answers? Could this be some type of fungal / bacterial infection of my lips? What can I do to test, treat? Have you ever heard to instant lip burning symptoms from contact?

Im going to see a second dermatologist on Monday. Starting to wonder if this is some type of infectious fungal disease?  Anyone ever have burning symptoms with fungal infections?

Wow, I never heard of the lip burning thing, but due to your other symptoms it couldn't hurt to look into Lyme Disease some more online.  I do know there can be false negative test results.

It was really just a peck, nothing more - but alas I feel like whatever is going on is getting worse.  I did see a dermatologist and she didnt know what was going on either.

Normally the only time you would get an instant lip burning reaction is if the girl had hot sauce on her lips, or you were allergic to something she was wearing. However, because the symptoms haven't gone away in this amount of time, I would suspect it is something entirely different. It may just be a coincidence that it started when she kissed you.
Perhaps she kissed too hard and you developed some sort of nerve damage.
I would ask to see a neurologist.
