Intense itchy bumps Shamefully on my hands

Shamefully, for almost 4 months I have been getting very small itchy blisters on various spots on my finger and palms of both my hands. The small blisters develope and immediatly itch intensely, . They have a clear fluid inside, that will also ooze once blistering forms. It spreads rapidly around the original blister and will have my hands covered in bumps in as soon as a matter of 24 hours or less. Covering all fingers and both palms with a red like rash coupled with bumps itchy oozing skin and blistering. My itching is very intense, wounds develope and becasue of my age dont heal so well. and will become dark after time and hard, making the skin very scaley. I can go days , weeks , or months and my hands can actually look normal at times. But when this reaction occures it makes my finger tips turn bright pink like there on fire and i feel them intensifiying and sore. Over time this has made my joints very sore and between that and the itching i am about to loose it. My finger tips are swolen with a pink , back and blue like look. there very sore to the touch and painfull. I have no answers . My docor originally thought it eas exema , but at a most recent visit , i must say she seems a bit baffled herself and seemed concerned as well. Recommending a dermitoloogist... does anyoen have this kinda of problems so maybe i can trea it it seems liek somethign iwill have to live with i am not sure...

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello.
It looks like pompholyx from your symptoms. Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized. Use only thin applications of moisturizer ointments as excessive amounts of ointment may restrict breathing of the skin and aggravate the condition.

Topical steroids can be applied but they are available under prescription. Moreover to prevent infection, topical antibiotics may be needed. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
