Is it possible to have multiple parasites at the same time ?

I have been battling what appears to be some kind of worm infection as well as a lice or might or flea problem.  I am a very neat and clean person, but all this began hen I had to move out of my nice apartment into a very scummy apartment because of a cieling leak.  I only lived there for about 3 months bit instantly felt like something was wrong. The worms showed up in my stool and have been in my mouth and nose a lot lately.  I sometimes remove them from my skin.  No joke, they pull out like a string.  The ones in my nose are black skinny lines and the ones in my skin are almost translucent in color and very sticky and strechy.  Been to many doctors and they all say impossible. I am starting to feel very rundown and fatigued help please

It's possible to have more than one parasite at the same time- if you are pulling them out, can you save them and take them into the doctor to give them a better idea of what you are seeing?
