Is my scab infected?

During my soccer game I slid and scratched the side of my leg. When I got home I soaked it and put neosporin on it.
Later I was told to put hydrogen peroxide on it, but by the time I got home there was already a scab forming. I put hydrogen peroxide on it anyways.
Since then I've been putting aloe vera and neosporin
Most of the scab is just a dark red but the top is a gooey yellow when I cover it or put aloe vera/neosporin. I was wondering if this is pus and is infected/ if I should see a doctor.
