Is this rash unusual?

Hello, I have a few questions about a rash that developed in the past few days. I noticed while taking a showing that my inner thighs and in my pubic hair that the skin is red and bumpy, Also in my pubic hair and around the base of my penis there is skin peeling. All the skin surrounding these areas including my penis have very dry and bumpy skin. Is this something I should be concerned about? Are there any home rememedies? Can this go away on its own?
