Itchiness of the skin and small red spots on my legs and arms

Three weeks ago the skin on my body started itching at times... and lots of small red spots with puss appeared on my arms (near and on the shoulders actually). One also appeared on my hip, and was bigger. Since then the itching has been coming and going, I have it especially on my arms and legs. Also, red spots with a bit of puss keep appearing on my legs, although those on my arms have almost gone away entirely.
Skin doesn't itch just where the spots are, but all over.
What could this be?

Hello,
See the symptoms are entirely different. Smelly yellowish discharge can be due to candidiasis or trichomoniasis. But it won’t cause any itchy rashes and that too generalized. The bumps on the hips can be due to folliculitis or some STD’s.Even if you had no penetration, yet oral sex was there which is sufficient to cause STD’s.Even fungal skin infections can be transmitted by close contact. You need to consult a gynecologist first and get a swab examination done of the cervical discharge.Moth likely it is trichomoniasis.

Secondly for these itchy bumps, consult a dermatologist. These are not related to your cervical discharge.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional dobts.Kind regards.

Could this be an STD? Today small red pustules appeared on my buttocks as well. I haven't taken any kind of treatment yet. My boyfriend is a virgin and we haven't had sex yet, but we have cuddled in bed together, in our underwear, and he gave me oral sex once. I was hesitatnt to say these at first.
I would very much appreciate any help.

Hello,
Without examination confirmation of a diagnosis is tough, but from the description ,it can be contact dermatitis, eczema, hives or systemic diseases like liver and kidney disorders, diabetes, iron deficiency anemia, irritation and allergic reactions to chemicals, wool, soaps, cosmetics and certain foods.

You can apply an anti-itch cream or lotion to the affected area. Oral antihistamine, such as Benadryl can also be used. You should take a comfortably cool bath and wear smooth-textured cotton clothing. You should choose mild soaps without dyes or perfumes and use a mild, unscented laundry detergent when washing clothes, towels and bedding.

Pls take a second opinion from a dermatologist if the symptoms persist. He/She will start with the specific medications. If an internal disease is found, whether it's kidney disease, iron deficiency or a thyroid problem, treating that disease often relieves the itch.Lastly,Phototherapy can also be tried.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
