Itching all over the Body

I get itching all over the body when I experience a temperature change, the itching is not normal it feels like several needles are being pricked all over my body at that time. It happens for 2 to 3 minutes. It drives me crazy for that fraction of time. It happens like a fit of itching I cannot concentrate on my works at that time annd I cant resist itching. If itch at face my back or my legs will itch it looks like I got crazy at that time.
Please if someone can help diagnose the problem and how I can get rid of it.
Thank You.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to dry skin or cholinergic urticaria. It is a form of chronic hives that is caused by an increase in body temperature but can be idiopathic also. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the hives. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
