I’m 13 and have very detailed wrinkly dry hands need help on getting rid of them?

I also have atopic dermatitis but not where it’s wrinkly and it’s very defined and deep more than a old person.

Are you being treated for your atopic dermatitis?  Have you had a doctor take a look at your hands?  Do you use any types of moisturizers on them?
