Itchy Rash

Hi - the day after protected sex, I have an itchy rash that is present on both my forearms and my shoulder.  There are tiny bumps that form small patches...its not that visible to the naked eye but if you look at it closer, its apparent.  Im fearing that this is some sort of STD or recent HIV transmission but Im hearing otherwise since it was protected.  I did have protected sex but I cant remember if the condom broke or not...Im pretty sure it didnt.  Given that, what does this sound like? It itches whenever clothes touch it or if the area is exposed to the sun.  I feel that there are other areas it couldve spread to but not sure.  This was noticed on 6/27 and its still present today, 6/30, w/out any of it subsiding.

Does this sound like anything that anyone has encountered on this forum or can speak to from experience?  Im freaking out here and would like some advice.  I cant go to my doc cause hes not back till 7/14.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Form the symptoms it can be contact dermatitis, allergies, heat rash or sweat dermatitis. It does not sound like any STD rash. Avoid using any lotions and creams for the meantime. Use a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Also use cotton clothes and change the clothes twice if there is any increased sweating. Try keeping the skin free of sweat as far as possible. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort. For the itching antihistaminics like Benadryl or Claritin can be taken.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
