Hello, I have the same problem , recently and although I haven't gone to the doctor yet, I also had the same problem a few years ago due to Splenda A.k.a. Sucralose; I switched to it in my coffee  for 2 weeks,   when I reached some sort of breaking point in my immune system, I started itching all over , and had the finger bumps. I don't know why Spenda does this to me,,, I may be more sensitive, as I have a thyroid problem, (slow, hypothyroid) so maybe I can't metabolize  it like most , or I alos have a fatty liver and maybe somehow  I don't filter it out as fast as someone with a normal liver. I have mentioned it to my doctor, and get the hairy eyeball, but after searching the web I found others had the same reaction to splenda, so it offered me some comfort.  I try to avoid all splenda or other artificial sweeteners for that matter.  My new liver doctor told me they are all bad .  I would say get your skin checked , but also be wary of all drinks and foods that are low calorie or diet , or say "natural sweetener" or "lite",,,look for Sucralose , its the same thing as Splenda. I know it sounds crazy but it happened to me. This last time was some vitamin drink I got at GNC, it was in fine print and I didn't see it. Starbucks and other coffee places use it in their mix for the iced coffees. I hope others will see this and tell of their splenda reactions,,, it needs to be told, its not good.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These pus filled itchy bumps can be due to scabies. Rash in scabies is usually found in the folds of skin and they are red blister like rashes.Yet they are very itchy and can disrupt life.

Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
