Itchy bumps for 3 years

It's been nearly 3 years since these bumps have spread from a single bump on my hand. I'm just looking for ideas as to what these might be, I know a definitive diagnosis isn't possible online. My doctor(s) and I are stumped.
Please see pictures.

I would say they may not be itchier at night time but the itch is much more noticeable at night. I quite often wake up scratching myself.

I have these on my scalp, hands, arms, legs, ankles, back and even buttocks, though currently only these are pigmented. I can't explain the lines. I've suspected scabies myself but my primary doctor said he couldn't find any signs of them; no tunnel marks between the lesions.

i dont know why doctor like these make such random diagnosis, warts, are distinctive tumors, of the skin, they are usually fleshy are hard. could be allergies to something your touchhing, or clothes, or eczema, you could be ingesting things as well.

I'd be surprised if it was contact dermatitis just because the bumps don't go away once they've spread. I still have the first ones that popped up in 2012.

One dermatologist removed one and told me they were flat warts; it grew back afterwards, but 4 other dermatologists have  since disagreed with that diagnosis.
