I regret to inform you that it's back. The condition is as worse as it was before. However, there's something I do notice: my eyes are itchy and a bit of a runny nose. I noticed this last time too, but did not report it.
The last time this occurred, my Dermatologist gave me prednison, and verdeso. It helped, but after I stopped using the verdeso, 2 weeks late this occurs.
Again, any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your suggestions. I will follow through and will give you an update. I had to see my dermatologist yesterday because it was so bad. He looked at me and gave me another dose of prednisone (2 times a day) and a topical foam (verdeso). This has worked in the past before but it comes back.
I am starting to think he is just trying to put a "band aide" and not treating. What are your thoughts?
Prior to this, I was on prednisone, a topical ointment (stronger than verdeso), zantac, and xysal.
Thank you again for your help...
You need to wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites.
Apply calamine lotion at the site of the lesions and see if it helps. You could take some oral antihistamine medications like cetrizine or loratadine. You need to maintain a good personal hygiene . Wear lose comfortable clothes. Wash all your linen and towels etc with a disinfectant solution.
Anti-itch drugs, often antihistamine, may reduce the itch during a flare up of eczema, and the reduced scratching in turn reduces damage and irritation to the skin.
For mild-moderate eczema a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone or desonide), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide).

It would be advisable to consult a skin specialist for the symptoms and a proper clinical examination.
