Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to fungal infection or nummular eczema.

Treatment of eczema is mainly antihistaminics, steroids and moisturiers and of fungal infections is antifungal creams and oral antifungal treatment.I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated as treatment of both is entirely different. So confirmation has to be done first.

Hope it helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.
