Nervous Down South

I suffer from hemmeroids and recently I had a flare up. I sit long hours and am under a great deal of stress. I do work out at the gym and try to relax in hot tob, steam room and suana.  During my recent flare up, I noticed small, skin like (skin color) pimples/bumps. They do not seem to fit the pictures of warts but are worried they could be. Are they part of the hemmeroids or something else to be concerned with?

Hello,
From the description of your symptoms it sounds like external haemorrhoids. It is due to swelling and inflammation of veins in the rectum and anus.
Symptoms of external hemorrhoids may include painful swelling or a hard lump around the anus which may itch.Treatment includes sclerotherapy, rubber band ligation, cryosurgery or Stapled Hemorrhoidectomy.Pls consult a surgeon and get it evaluated.Other possibilities are anal warts and skin tags.

I hope that helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

Small external piles sure would look like this, apart from skin tags.Guess there is no problem, however do consult your doctor.
