Itchy sore vagina

I need help; I have been having a problem for a while with my vagina lips. I have about 2 small sores in 2 different areas on the one side of the lip. I looked at pictures of herpes but it nothing that noticeable or big, its not a white head eather it just feels like someone is pinching me in one spot. It is itchy and also looks like an open sore because it bleeds a very little red blood only when I clean the area with hydrogen peroxide. I don’t shave and I don’t have sex very often, I have only had 4 partners, but I the last time I had sex was like 3 weeks ago. I also like discharge a lot ( but i had this problem for many years) I have to wear liners all the time, its yellow and smells but not always bad. I am mostly very wet down there, and then I start to have problems like the itchy sores. Im getting check soon but i would like and idea what’s going on. anyone have idea?

Hi,

Genital sores could be due to dermatitis, infection, vulvar dysplasia and possible sexually transmitted diseases. This is usually associated with pain, pruritus, discharge  or  may even be asymptomatic. It is good that you will be having this evaluated for proper diagnosis and management. A complete medical history, physical and pelvic examination will be done to help with the diagnosis. Other tests such as a complete blood count, blood differential or skin biopsy or culture  may also be done. Try to avoid scratching to prevent secondary infection. A hot sitz bath may also help.  Treatment will depend on the underlying cause.

I should say the 2-3 sores are more like 1/2inch apart
