Little red bumps on the head of penis!

Oookay, So. Me and my girlfriend have had unprotected sex for a while now, Our very first time we went unprotected because the condom broke but nothing happened. It's been almost 2 and a half months now and I'm starting to get small red bumps now on my Penis head, Testicals, and Pubic area. I have one on my Penis head, I had two but one slowly went away, It's very painless and well, just there, Doesn't bother me at all or anything. The one on my testicals itches every now and then, when it does itch it's unbearable and eventually goes away within about 2 minutes of ignoring it. The one on my pubic area is somewhat painful kinda like an Ingrown Hair.

The very first bump on my penis head turned up was about 3 weeks ago, It started out a red spot, then it began to raise up and became a bump, then it lowered back down and is now almost gone, The 2nd one on my penis head showed up about 3 days ago, Well it started out just a few little red spots, bout the size of a hair, and now its raised up. It's painless, and very red. I tried to squeeze it to see if it was a blister or pimple or ingrown hair or something and nothing happened, today it's gotten a little smaller but this time is somewhat developing a very tiny scap on the top of it.

I'm very scared and I can't tell if it's Herpes, or irritated skin or anything. I can't make it out to be a blister, and i don't really know how to make it out. What should I do?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It  can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug), scabies bites or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).
Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.
Till then, take some antihistaminic like Benadryl and apply some calamine lotion. If the symptoms persist then please get an evaluation done by a dermatologist. you may need topical and oral steroids.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
