Lots of skin problems...

I have been having a few issues and the most recent has kind of scared me a bit.  First, I got a red bumpy rash all over, I went to the doctor and she said it was a heat rash, so she prescribed me cream and it hasn't gotten better, but it hasn't been very long.  Now, I have lumps on my head - about 5 - about double the size of a pencil eraser, they hurt a lot - it hurts to turn my head.  They were itchy, but I washed my hair and they aren't itchy anymore.  They popped up overnight and I have no idea what they are.  I didn't have them when I went to see my doctor, so I didn't ask her about them.
Also, I'm not sure if this could be related, but I had my IUD taken out because I was bleeding for 3 weeks.

I am on a multivitamin and some supplements for my hair because it is very dry; a choline-stabilized orthosilicic acid, and a DHT blocker.  Could these be causing my problem?

I also have a family history of skin cancer (my dad had melanoma).

Hello,
These small bumps can be due to folliculitis or boils. A boil generally starts as a reddened, tender area. Over time, the area becomes firm and hard. Eventually, the center of the abscess softens and becomes filled with pus.

Apply warm compresses on the boil and keep the area clean.Drainage of the boil is done only when it becomes soft and forms a head.Take some over the counter pain reliever and consult a doctor for examination and antibiotics prescription and incision and drainage.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Now all the lumps are just one huge swelling around the back of my head and down my neck.  The doctor told me to take benadryl and I've been taking the max dose for two days now and I haven't seen any change!
