Skin discoloration and growths

Hello i am 29,male and i have a hypothyroid condition.7 years back i had severe sunburns on my upper body(blood and puss) but my skin recovered and looked normal for 4 years but the last 3 years the following has happened.

0)The skin on my right and left arms on the external part of the biceps have lesions like holes that open for no apparent reason. They close very slowly and leave that part of the skin discolored and darker.

1)Especially my left arm has a growth with wrinkle like texture and feels like solid inside.
2)Another growth close by No1  has grown and swollen but it feels numb when i touch it and seems to press the skin from the inside. No pain when i press it but it has a small "center" that looks like a mini no1.No puss or anything of the sort.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Based on what you have posted, one differential will be infected comedones. As you have mentioned of a hole with a dark center, a comedone is one condition that may present with this description. The condition appears to be chronic as this has persisted for years. This however, does not appear to be inflammatory in nature due to the absence of redness, pain and pus. An infectious process, may however still be present.

I suggest that you have this assessed by a dermatologist. A thorough assessment of the area is needed. A skin biopsy may be able to define a diagnosis.

Do you have similar lesions in your armpits?
