Moles forming on penis?

Hi

I'm a 24 year old (virgin) uncircumsized male.  A few years back I noticed 'freckles' on the underside of my penis' shaft skin.  Recently, however, I've had a mole on my scrotum and I've been inspecting closer.. and I've noticed there appears to be quite a few freckles, or moles.

Have you guys any ideas?  I've booked a derm. appointment for this week, but just seeking an online opinion

(I've taken a picture of my flaccid penis, twisted around (ouch) so you can see.  At the bottom of the pic you can also see the mole on my scrotum.  Are these moles.. freckles, or something else?)

Hello,
These spots can be due to Fordyce spots (natural occurrence on penis), penile melanotic macules or angiokeratomas of Fordyce (especially the one on scrotum). Penile melanotic macule is a small, sharply circumscribed, pigmented macule surrounded by normal-appearing skin. To confirm the diagnosis get it examined from a dermatologist. All these conditions are not dangerous and you should not worry about them.

Note: None of them are raised, except the one on the scrotum (if even).  They're simply flat.. part of the skin i guess
