Mysterious Bumps on my inner thighs!

Hello, 25yom only one life partner *never cheated* I've began to devolope some quite painful mysterious bumps on the inside of my thighs for the past year. They come and go, and are very painful, can be filled with puss, are sometimes bright red, to a dark purple, they come and go and all generally in the same areas of both inner thighs near my groin. They make it very uncomfortable to even walk, I am very self concious about them and they make it hard for me to feel comfortable making love to my wife. I know I havn't slept around on her and she doesn't have them so I havn't got anything from her? I don't guess. Anyhow they range from 1 at a time to up to 5. Their size is anywhere from a pencil eraser to a half dollar. What are they? What can I do about it? If you need more information please ask and I'll fill in what ever I may have forgotten or left out. I don't have medical insurance so I havn't went to the doctor about them. Thank you for anyhelp you can provide!

I have the same problem. From what i was told by my docter he said i have exzema. Once my hairs grow in they start to become infected once i scratch them the infection gets bigger and bumps start 2 form. It ***** big time. So what i think is best to 2 do is keep it shaved so hair doesnt grow in, which will cause less frection. So after the bumps go away im gonna shave and see what happens or if they come back. This is the second time this has happend 2 me i hope this doesnt spread all over my body. -.- God bless

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be sores due to friction rub with clothes, infected hair follicles or boils. Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.kind regards.
