Hello,
The dandruff can be due to internal or external causes. Eat a healthy diet. You can also take vit B6 and vit A and E which are good for hair and skin. Try medicated shampoos for dandruff. There are a number of over-the-counter shampoos available that can help. The most effective ingredients -- antimicrobials -- to look for are zinc pyridinethione, selenium sulfide, sulfur and ketoconazole (also available by prescription). If your hair is colored, don't use products with selenium sulfide or sulfur.
For the ingrown hair, when you are waxing, apply wax in the direction of hair growth and wax should be tolerably hot. Then try to wax the hair out in a single strip as multiple strips may injure the skin more. After waxing apply ice(wrapped in a towel) and some calamine lotion on the skin which helps in soothing. You can also take some over the counter anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen after waxing.
However, the best method of painless hair removal is by laser treatment.I would advise you to consult a dermatologist/cosmetologist and discuss this option with him.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or in case you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.

my hair iz also falling too much and i dont know why and it also has dandruff which increases and decreases without me interfering by any means......and i dont know what to do....i consulted a dermatologist and he gave me vitamins which still didnt work that much..............besides the common shaving problem.....:S..........after shaving with a few dayz the hair starts growing back under my skin which forms black spots which seriously look ugly on my arms and legs......they happen to occur when i use a razor a silka bell machine or even waxing methods........same results is there...ingrown hairs.....how can i deal with these problems plz
Hello,
These bumps can be infected hair follicles and the black holes are open pores. Large pores can be easily dealt with proper cleansing and frequent toning and moisturizing of the skin. Other treatments to consider include microdermabrasion, skin resurfacing lasers and chemical skin peels.
For folliculitis, keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
