not sure of what a have

for the past 9 months i've had this itch on top of hands more accurate on top of my nuckles. i put on cortizone 10 because a pharmacist said it was eczema. that did not help it spread the rash more nore it is discolored. whent to hosp,send me a cream they said it was a fungal infection. but nothing seem to help nore the rash is bigger and that area they itch really bad what can i do

thank you for answering my message. he only thing i forgot to tell you was on my wright my middle finger when ever i close my hand it stays down and it snaps when i open it only the middle finger feel like its tight this stated after the rash and has gradually gotten a bit worse  thank you for your time

I cannot confirm anything without examination but itching on knuckles can be due to contact dermatitis,atopic dermatitis,xerotic eczema,systemic diseases like liver disease,biliary disease,diabetes or peripheral nerve damage.

A consultation of a dermatologist will be the best.
