Non-itchy rash

i noticed this about a year ago, a small discoloration on my chest between the breasts, it didn't concern me because it didn't itch or cause any pain, or spread for that matter. Now more recently, it has started to spread up onto my neck and a few on my shoulder. I'm not sure what it is or whether I should be worried about it. It's slightly red/tan/brownish spots, some in patches almost an inch in diameter but not perfectly round. They're not raised, nor do they hurt or itch, but they are spreading. It doesn't go further down than my middle, and there is some on my neck by my ear, and on my shoulders. how can I get rid of this??

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From your symptoms it can be pityriasis versicolor. Pityriasis versicolor is caused by an overgrowth of a yeast fungus and are found mainly on sun exposed areas. Factors that can cause the fungus to become more visible include high humidity and immune or hormone abnormalities. Treatment involves topical and oral antifungal medicines.

I sincerely suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
