Burning sensation

I am 45 male,Last year I had  burning sensation later on it got turn into burn patches in multiple places, I hv consult a dermatologist  & she told me it was a insect bite & she prescribe me antibiotic & Fucibet for applying on the the wounds(Patches), it got healed with in two weeks. Now this year too in the same time I have the same burning sensation in larger scale, I wonder whether it is a seasonal issue or as so many describe it is due do stress I thought of attaching the image in different stages(1st day/ week & after 15 days)  as it may useful or will help to compare to give your point of view
