opaque white spots accompanied by abnormally wrinkled penis head

I'm a 24 year old male and I've had this troubling problem for about 3 or 4 months now.

I've been tested for STD's and was negative, however I did have non-specific urethritis that I was treated for. The problem I have now is unrelated. But I am healthy, have a healthy diet and exercise 3-5x per week every week for the last 3 years. I am also STD negative.

A few months ago I began to notice a small area on the head of my penis that was rough and a tad scale-y. It was constantly but only slightly discolored pinkish red and was sensitive especially when rubbing against my underwear. There appear to be tiny raised red dots that disappear when I tighten the skin in this area. Now months later this spot is no longer overly sensitive but my entire penis head is becoming very wrinkled. The wrinkled texture has originated in spot spot mentioned abouve and is spreading over my entire penis head. Also, now there are numerous white spots on the head of my penis now accompanying the wrinkled texture. The white spots are not raised and they are not "Fordyce spots." They're almost like small opaque dry patches or something that resembles skin with poor circulation.

Anyway, I've been to the doctor and Ive been tested for STD's and he says "looks normal to me." I tell him, "well there is a wide range of normal when it comes to penises but this is NOT normal for my penis." I had such a beautiful penis before and now it looks diseased!!! I need help! The doctor has recommended Aquaphor healing oinment and an over the counter fungal creme to make me feel better eventhough he said it isnt STD's, WARTS, HERPES, or a FUNGUS. SO basically no answers. I've tried the Aquaphor and antifungal creme but its not helping or changing anything...it just seems to be getting worse. I've done lots of research and tried tea tree oil, apple cider vinegar, yeast infection medication, and now this! Next I'm on to steroid creme.

Does this ring a bell with anyone? Does anyone have similar symptoms? PLEASE HELP ME! I WANT MY PENIS BACK! I'll do anything!!!

I had similar symptoms on my penis and was very worried.  Went to my doctor and he said it was an skin infection, not std, just an infection that could have been caused by many things, like soap, underwear, vaginal acidity in my sex partner, etc.  He prescribed a cream made of nystatin and triamcinoclone. It was expensive, my insurance covered it and I still paid 50 bucks. After 7 days, all patches, dryness, wrinkles, peeling..everything disappeared. My penis is back to normal.  Before this I had tried over the counter creams like Lotrimin, Neosporin, even A+D diaper rash cream and baby oil, but nothing worked.  I had this condition for 2 months before i went to the doctor.  I hope this helps.  Thanks.

I've been having the same symptoms as you. For three months now. I have the same tingling pain all over the left side of my body now. It started with a wrinkled penis, red spots on the tip and the left side of the head.
I'm freaking out.

I have the exact same things happening to me... my penis glan used to be really smooth and nice but weeks after chlamydia infection, even after i was cured, my penis glan remains wrinkled, dry and slightly red (no pain or any discomfort). Likewise, I have been to a few docs and they told me its normal but to me i know it's not since I have been looking at my penis for the last 25 yrs.. nw im pretty helpless... any update from you would be great! Thanks!
In addition, sometimes when i urine i still experience a weird but not burning sensation inside and ard my urethra and bladder region. Also, I have not been feeling well ever since... my body is aching all the time and my neck is stiff whereby there are a lot of cacking sound when i move or stretch it. I feel restless and my joints are also weaker. I also experienced discomfort ard my throat region almost like smthing is tickling inside, felt tried all the time and have this on and off tingling sensation on my tongue, ard my back, legs and hands. I have been like that for the past 1.5 years, after i was diagnosed and cured of chlamydia. Do you experience any of such things? Hope to hear from you soon. Cheers.

Not really any substantial updates for you. Ive since been to about 3 more doctors who all say the same thing, "It looks normal to me". Now my penis head is completely wrinkled and discolored. I've been trying sea salt baths and have begun with an intestinal yeast infection treatment because some of my research has lead me to believe that an inbalance of yeast in the intestines can manifest into skin infections on the penis. Things have improved, but it has not gone away. Don't let them make you think you are crazy! You know your body. Keep searching for answers. I will keep you all posted. I have made an appointment for a biopsy. So thats the next step. Hope that helps.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
From the symptoms it can be eczema, vitiligo or psoriasis. Eczema is a form of chronic dermatitis (rash).Allergic reaction is one of the important causes of eczema. Allergic reaction can occur to strong soaps, Solvents, chemicals, certain foods, food additives, plants, metals, cosmetics, even urine and faeces of some animals (dust mites).
The mainstay of management is liberal use of moisturizers after washing with luke warm water. Soap should be used minimally. Moisturizers should be reapplied liberally during the day. Topical steroids also provide relief.
If still the symptoms persist then consult a dermatologist for clinical examination.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
