Peeling red lips with no relief from VitB, Elidel, or Eucrisa?

Hi!
I've been dealing with atopic dermatitis around my mouth the past 1-2 years. I recently started Doxycycline 40mg and have been taking it over a month. This helped with everything except my lips. Prior to going for the antibiotics I had used hydrocortisone cream on small areas of eczema that would appear on my neck or forehead. I then used an antifungal for some angular chelitis with temporary decrease in symptoms. I was placed on Tacrolimus ointment that I had no relief from after almost a month, followed by Elidel that also provided no substantial relief. My perioral dermatitis around my nose and chin is resolved with the Doxy but my lips remain flaking and red, peeling every couple of days with one day in between that they might look okay (still erythematous above, below, and in the angular area).
I was given Eucrisa samples by my dermatologist 1 week ago that i've been using twice daily with no relief of these symptoms.
To add, I have been taking B complex vitamins daily for the past year with no noted difference and also take Fish oil supplements daily as well. Prior to resorting to the Doxy I tried removing ALL cosmetics including moisturizers and cleansers, slowly incorporating natural and expensive ones back in, with no difference.
I also use SLS-free AND Flouride free tooth paste. I eat a healthy, well balanced, and low-carb diet with plenty of water and green tea.
I am at a loss, to be honest. The erythema around my lips has been quite chronic, daily, the past 1-2 years and with the intermittent peeling/dryness.
Does anyone have ANY insight into my problem?

I posted something very similar just yesterday. Wish I had the answer but I've been dealing with this myself for other a year.
I believe mine is connected to isotretinoin, and irritant dermatitis after being overly sensitised.
Best of luck in finding a cure.
