Penis bleeding

Good evening,

I received a hand job last night from a woman who I recently met. It lasted quite a while and could have resulted in irritation of my skin. This morning, I noticed some redness and pain on the tip of my penis, where the foreskin would be if I was uncircumsised. It has caused me considerable pain today. I played some tennis this afternoon, and when I came back, I noticed that my penis had started bleeding slighly by the hole. I also have considerable chaffing and redness there. I am freaking out and horrified. Please help.

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me. The bleeding was very minimal, but it looks like there was a small rash that developed in the area, hopefully simply as a consequence of the rubbing when I was playing tennis. However, I was freaked out and went to the emergency room last night. The Dr. said that it looks like nothing more than an abrasion, definitely not herpes, and gave me some lidocaine to help out. I have not seen substantial improvement today and remain worried. There is certainly no profuse bleeding and I am having no urinary issues.

I am a little concerned because I stupidly had unprotected sex a few times with a woman who I didnt know well about six months ago. I have noticed very small, painless, slightly raised skin in certain places only on the head of my penis. It is colorless, and chances are that I am just freaking out and looking at my penis more than I should, similar to last night. This would obviously potentially exacerbate my concerns. I am a very healthy young male otherwise, but I have very sensitive skin.

Any ideas would be hugely appreciated. Thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

This may be a superficial skin injury. The manipulation could have caused some irritations and abrasions on the surface of the penis involving the urethral opening.

Is the bleeding profuse?

I suggest that you have this assessed by a urologist. A complete physical examination and a complete medical history will be necessary. A penile ultrasound may be able to help determine if there are any involvement of underlying structures.

This may not be something serious.

Watch out for any profuse bleeding, any problems with urination and sexual response.

Do you have any of these?
