Pityriasis vesicolor infection.

i have petyriasis versicolor infection since las 4 years. I used fluconazone but it disappear  for few months but come again after some time.but now not going away with fluconazole and itraconazole also pplease help e

it either became resistant, or you got a different fungal infection.
It could also be an allergic reaction

try selenium sulphide 2.5% shampoo over the effected area.
