Possible to have dilated blood vessels without Rosacea

Dear all,

I have been disturbed by the problem of the skin on my nose for many years. It is not because it is very bad looking but because I am afraid that I may have rosacea.

My nose is always oily with lots of blackheads/pimples and has been like that for more than 10 years since I was 15/16 years old. The disturbing part is that I could see dilated blood vessels(group forms) only visible when I am very close to the mirror. They have been there for a long time and only get a bit worse over years. My nose usually only gets red when I am close to a heat source. It does not always show up red.

I have been diagnoised twice with dermatitis seborrheic twice and rosacea once. So I am confused. I have always been scared by googling the symptoms of roseasea developments especially in males which caused me to give up my social life and education. The anxiety is totally killing me and has ruined my life.

I really wanna know if it is possible that I could develop dilated blood vessels on my nose tip but still don't have roseacea..

help.

Try neem soap.  It has helped many people with seborrhea and even rosacea, I believe.  Google neem oil and rosacea.
