Random itchy thighs, buttocks, legs - morning and night

A few weeks ago, my thighs and buttocks started to become itchy, but only in the mornings, (not really throughout the day at all) around the time i'd wake up before having a shower. There were no marks or bites, but my lower body from my groin down to my knees had random itchy spots (maybe 9 all up, not many). I started to use Pinetarsol soap in the shower to relieve the itching, a few days after doing this, marks started to show. They are small red sores/bite looking marks, very flat, no pain, and only seem to be itchy sometimes during the morning. These marks are only on my thighs near the groin area, but I noticed they are also behind me knees, right at the inward edge, on both knees (so on the right side of left knee, and left side of right knee). There are no marks on my buttocks, but they seem to get itchy at night as I try to go to sleep. This has been going onward what must be about three weeks now.

Last night I was awoken at about 12am with what seemed like pinworm-like symptoms. Incredibly irritating itching around the anus, It become so annoying and unbearable that I ended up scratching. After this I woke up, went to the toilet, changed my boxers, and shortly after fell back to sleep.

I've noticed other random skin problems as of late also, like very small round clear flat circles on my hands (only a tiny spot of these on both of my palms, some kind of wart I think)

Another thing, not sure if it's worth noting, a raised oval like sore, very soft to the touch like tissue, right up in the groin area under my leg, closer to the back upper inner thigh, slightly painful to the touch.

Would love for all this itching to go away so I can get a better nights sleep :P

(Another thing: I sleep around at friends places all the time, I can see from observation that nobody else is having similar problems, none of my family members are having any itchyness either)

Hi.

(wow this was a long time ago!) Yes it was Scabies in the end. The cream fixed it, but also have to make sure to properly wash bedding so it does not come back again.

Please what was the name of the cream you used.
I'm suffering from scabies right now and I need a good drug to heal me. Thanks.

I can only assume it was scabies, as after using scabies cream it went away.

It could be a case of scabies.  I have the same problem and from during alot of research I seem to have multiple signs of scabies.
