Rash in back head

HI,
I have string pink to red rash with small bump located in my back head at the neck area.
I have before small spot only and it was coming and going after using Zinc cream.
Recently this rash sprat in all neck and under the hair, I try to use rubbing alcohol to clean up, but the rush coming more disturbing and itchy. See picture attached.
Please help.

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be infected hair follicles, sweat dermatitis, heat rash or contact dermatitis. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Zyrtec and apply some calamine lotion on the itchy areas. If the symptoms persist then you may need topical and oral steroids. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
