Rash on Back Shoulder. STD? Please Help

Hey guys,
I know I am not supposed to question opinions made by experts, but now I am growing a bunch of red dots/blisters/pimples on my back. They are scattered over my left back shoulder, right back should, and some on my back. They do not itch, but when I pop them they hurt and bleed. I did some research on them, I cannot seem to understand what they are. I would like to send you a picture and maybe you can look at them and perhaps tell me what they are.

It feels horrible that I have had all the symptoms in the book. Sore throat, flu, cold, rashes and blisters, sore joints and muscles and tiredness. Like I said, part of that perhaps is due to stress but it feels weird that that condom is nowhere to be found, although I am almost certain I wore one.

Thanks guys

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,
The symptoms can be due to folliculitis or back acne. Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Can anyone give me some insight as to what these pimpels/blotches/rash/boils might be symptoms of? Hiv? Infection?

I just want an answer. Thanks

Hey Guys,
I have added some of the pics to my bio. So they should be visible to all of you, if you click on my profile. This will be the last post on my behalf, but it will ease my mind, if I get information on that if possible. Does this look like an HIV rash?
