soft lump behind my ear
5days ago there was a 1cm soft skin colored lump behind my ear with no pain,and i burst it after 2 days it had blood+some white liquid stuff in it,and now when i burst it again the day after,only blood comes out,and now it turned purple,still soft and hasnt changed in size for 2days and still doesnt hurt,should i keep bursting it? or leave it alone,or go to the doctor?

Sounds like you burst a cyst. I get these all the time behind my ears. Wash the area well and disinfect it. I have never had to go to the doctor for these behind-the-ear cysts, but should you develop swelling or pain then you had best see a dermatologist.
If it keeps filling and opening then you have not cleaned sufficiently. Maybe you should see your doctor.
i burst it again today,sooooooo much blood came out,and it shrank to 1/4 of what it was,not purple anymore,still no pain,and still soft,1 more burst to go i guess ,thank you for your reply,i feel better now
