Rash on balls and Shaft

ok all so ive been reading about this on the internet and basically dont know what to do. last week i had unprotected sex with my gf and since it was late i didnt shower until the next day after i got home.  i noticed a red, almost shiny, splotch on my testicles than has since become quite dry and moved onto the shaft. the odd thing is the rash had turned into small red clusers of spots that do not itch or hurt at all.  they are slightly raised but not very much, it is almost unnoticable. after doing some research i am beginning to think it is a yeast infection, but the thing about that is i hav no itchiness or anything on the head of my penis.  any help would be greatly appreciated, as i havnt had sex with anybody except my gf, so if i have an STD she obviosuly fooling around on me.  thanks!!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

For yeast infection, it is important to keep the area dry and wear cotton underwears and change them twice a day and do not share other people’s towels. Application of local antifungal cream(terbinafine, clotrimazole, econazole, ketoconazole, miconazole) and oral antifungal drugs are the mainstay of treatment. Please don’t apply any medicated powder without informing your dermatologist as it may aggravate the condition.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
