Rash on feet

I've had a red rash for two months on the top of both feet. It doesn't itch but burns slightly and almost has a raw feeling. Ive tried different creams and moisturizers but nothing helps. What could This be?

Then I think it could be a peripheral circulation deficiency (likely heart related), I'd bring it to your doctor's attention next visit.  Massaging your feet (with or without oil/skincare lotion) might help somewhat.

It feels slightly better after moisturizers but not much. And yes I do wear cotton socks and always have. I am not a diabetic. I do have a heart stint and started taking placid and simvastatin two years ago from it.

Skincare lotion doesn't help at all?  How about when you wear all cotton socks?

How's your general health (are you diabetic or pre-diabetic)?  Certainly something to bring to the attention of your doctor.
