I have a very itchy rash that looks like ringworms. It goes away and comes back but only on my arms. When the sun shines on it, it burns like a sunburn. I have been to several doctors and have taken numerous medicines. No one knows what it is. It could be this, it could be that. PLEASE HELP!!!! The itching is driving me crazy.

Possibly a Photodermatitis. Look out for an allergens relating to lime in soaps or fragrance in perfume. Drug induced photosensitivity relating to medicines, taken internally or applied externally including some sunscreens are suspect.Sunblocks help here.
