Red bump on my penile head , still a virgin

I have a red bump on my penile head. It’s right on the edge before the shaft. Still a virgin. Very active as I’m a soccer referee. I don’t always clean my genitals as I tend to forget. Not itchy, no pain and no scabbing that I can tell. I think it’s a rash from sweating a lot as I’m active, but figured I could get an opinion from an expert on here. Thanks for any advice you can give me!

Likely, you are correct- it's probably from not cleaning and being sweaty regularly.  Hygiene is really important, so I'd recommend working on that and seeing if it heals up.  Also, it's always best to go see a doctor in person for an accurate diagnosis- an in person exam can't be replaced, so if you don't see any improvement head into your doctor to be sure it's not something that needs a prescription to be cleared up (such as a fungus, etc).
