Hi,
Since when have you noticed these symptoms? Are you on any medications? What is your age?
This could be urticaria, eczema, allergic reactions, dermatitis etc.
You need to wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites.
Apply calamine lotion at the site of the lesions and see if it helps. You could take some oral antihistamine medications like cetrizine or loratadine. You need to maintain a good personal hygiene . Wear lose, comfortable clothes.
Anti-itch drugs, often antihistamine, may reduce the itch during a flare up of eczema, and the reduced scratching in turn reduces damage and irritation to the skin.
For mild-moderate eczema a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone or desonide), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide).
Eczema can be exacerbated by dryness of the skin. Moisturizing is one of the most important self-care treatments for sufferers of eczema. Keeping the affected area moistened can promote skin healing and relief of symptoms.
Do not shave the area. Do not use any soaps or other products till you see your doctor.

Hi,
Tinea cruris or fungal skin infection of the groin, presents with any of the following symptoms: groin becomes itchy and irritable, red rash with a definite edge or border. The conditions fungi like best are warm, moist and airless. Sometimes the infection spreads to the skin on other parts of the body. Over-the-counter anti fungal medications may help.
Another differential is folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicles. This looks like pimples and usually resolves on its own and recur sometime later.
It would also help if you get tested for sexually transmitteddisease to rule this out.
Take care and keep us posted.
well yeah i think most likely has to be an infection because like if i stay like a long day without taking a shower, it appears and as soon as i take a shower it starts goin away little by little and the other thing is that it doesnt itch or rash at all. i just have like this sensation that is there when they start to come up but it doesnt hurt, itch or rash at all. what u think that possibly could be?
oh and i had those symptoms like months after i had sex for the first time, and im 19. and i again every time i take shower they go away little by little.
Hi,
This could also be just irritation to your soap, shampoo or detergent. Try to stop using the present toiletries you are using and introduce them one at a time to see if this could be the cause. It could also help if you shower daily and keep the area clean and dry to prevent any recurrences.
Take care and regards.
