Red itchy flaky left side of scrotum

For a long while now (months) I have had a problem where the left side of my scrotum will become very itchy and get red then start to flake or the skin will crack almost like severely chapped lips. The skin will at times look leathery.

I work in a pork processing facility and am sweating all day.

Practice good hygene(showering ect) .

Ive tried everything from jock itch creams and sprays, lotion, cocoa butter, carmex, blistex medicated lip ointment(actually helps a little bit) and baby oil.

I havent tried cortizone cream yet maybe that could help.

Its extremely frustrating, embarrassing and annoying.

My girlfriend had some problems with yeast infections a while back (mentioning just in case)

I dont know if this is related but i also get faint red blotches on my chest that look somewhat like ringworm but not nearly as severe as ringworm though, and dont itch at all. I didnt even pay them any mind until someone told me i had them.

please help im SOOOO ready to be over this

hope someone can help

ALL of you dermatologists are so qucik to label ALL rashes "ECZEMA"..I seriously DOUBT this man hasd ECZEMA on his scrotom , on ONE side alone, and a strange non itchy rash on his chest. I strongly suggest the possibility of rare fungal, candida, or other infection. ECZEMA would NOT be on only ONE side of his scrotom and ONLY there. The medication used for chronic eczema is a simply TRIAMINOLONE CREAM or OINTMENT 9if you already have open sores. I do NOT hjave to be a dermatologist..IO am BETTER--I was MISDIAGNOSED with "eczema" for years to find I had multiple chronic merdical issues, including liver and kidney damage, candida, salt build up, AND needed systematic treatment.....throwing a CREAM OR LOTION on your body probably will do NOt good and other the counter products are not very effective for a systematic fungal infection. You also may have been infected with a PARASITE---I wouuld venture on this---you work withj Raw pORK..various parasites are there. Dont rely on simple "eczema" ALL dermatologists use that when they see a "rash".. It is the first thing they say.....and is usually NOT what you have.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From your symptoms the possibility of contact dermatitis and eczema should be evaluated. Chronic fungal infections can also cause such symptoms. Get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get a KOH examination of the skin scrapings done to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
