Red spots on inner thighs and now facial rash

I have developed spots and discoloration on my inner thighs.  Initially it started as one spot which eventually after a long period of time disappeared.  Then I got two and discoloration.  Now I have a third bout and have 3-4 bigger spots with the discoloration and is now beginning to get itchier.  They are red and raised and am now using an anti-bacterial cream [doctor seen and approved] [in the middle of the recommended two week session], though I also noticed this time that I have two major spots on the inside of the tendon, behind both knees.

In addition to this I now have developed a facial rash that is also raised and red.  It is inbetween my eyebrows, on one eyelid, in the areas from my nostrils down around my mouth and seems to get down to the chin and cheeks when I don't shave my face. It does dry up and flake.

The situation seems to be getting worse and worse, and I have seen a patch on my right hand that disappeared after a couple of days and a spot on my left pinky finger that I am looking at right now.

I have never had a skin condition aside from acne and some bouts of athletes foot.

Over the last 3 years I have had other issues with abdomin and testicle pain.  I was diagnosed with Chronic Prostatitis, but with everything else that seems to be happening, I really feel that I was misdiagnosed.  In addition to this I have had instances of numbness in hands and feet, especially if leaning on elbows, typing or during sleep.

I have been tested for HIV 4 times now and all the other associated to go with and all have come back negative.

I am having a real tough time with this, and am constantly stressed out about this and all of the other issues life has to offer.  I really feel like there is something in my body attacking it and every time I make a positive effort to better my health [working out], it fights back just as hard.

Any input provided is appreciated.  Doctors don't seem to be taking it nearly serious enough.

Please help

Dr. Bhupinder, thank you very much for your response.  I was searching the internet and came across the use of extra virgin coconut oil for eczema.  I have tried it on my face and I am astounded at how quickly it took down any swelling but also the redness.  The first day I tried it, I used Aveeno "Positively Radiant" daily moisturizer in the morning, which I had been using for about a week before.  Around noon that day I had applied some Beadreux's Butt paste, which I think has zinc as an active ingredient.  A couple of hours after that is when I discovered the use of coconut oil [must be virgin and high quality].  I had some at home and applied to all areas on my face that needed it.  Honestly it seemed like in a few hours the results were noticeable.  I don't know if it was just the oil, or if it was the combination of the three topicals, but I am continuing with the oil.  I am now trying on the areas behind my knees to see if it works there.  I will let you know what happens, but please pass this on to anyone that you come across that may have the same problems.

Thank you again.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms that you have mentioned, it can be eczema. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

For mild-moderate eczema a weak steroid may be used, whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid. Also use good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin.

If still the symptoms do not improve then please get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
